Barricane and Combesgate beaches are right on our doorstep.
Barricane beach is great for family days out. Take a picnic or visit the famous Barricane Beach Café.
Combesgate beach is a lovely, often more secluded beach located to the to the right of Barricane beach. It has lots of rock pools that are great for for children to explore. Beware the beach is only accessible between low and mid-tide.
The village and Woolacombe’s three miles of golden sandy beach are only a short, level walk away. Not far away is the costal path, Combesgate beach and the picturesque village of Mortehoe.
